Book Description:
Cami Pressman is a yoga instructor with a lifelong secret love of junk food. Not even an irresistible man can replace the mouthwatering wickedness of her favorite foods.
Until, that is, Paul Hammond signs up for her class. He’s a gourmet chef looking to score some fitness tips, and a date with Cami. Suddenly Cami’s lust for junk food isn’t the only thing making her tingle.
When this sinful chef and hot yoga teacher eat, play, and lust together, they just might bring their obsession to a new level.

Review:
I'm in love with this book! Here's the run down:
The main character, Cami:
Cami is all about being healthy. She gained a ton of weight when she was younger and it haunted her through out her life. She's now a yoga instructor and teaches people how to live in a healthy lifestyle. What people don't know? She likes to eat junk food. It's a part of her that she hates so she keeps it a secret. Paul Hammond - a guy that's taking her class and she's attracted to - wants to have a one-on-one session with her, and so she complies.
I love Cami! Her insecurity is completely relatable with me; I hate loving food that's bad for me but need to taste at least one... I mean... okay, like, six bites. I gained a ton of weight my first year of college and can't drink soda-pop because of it. I seriously almost dehydrated myself because all I drank was carbonated liquids. Not good!
Let's move on to Paul:
Paul is a chef and has his eye on Cami. He's shown to have huge muscular arms and a little thick in the middle. His family member told him to be more healthy since his line of work is eating unhealthy foods. This is why he asked his yoga instructor - and someone he's crushing on - to help him with staying fit.
I really like Paul's character. He's caring, non-judgemental, head strong, knows what he wants, achieves goals, funny and someone I would love to date! You can tell through out the book he really wants to be someone special with Cami and continues to show her how awesome he can be.
The writing:
Mkay ladies and gents, if you want a full novel with in-depth characters then this isn't for you. Eat, Play, Lust is about Paul and Cami essentially hooking up. There aren't dates or anything else leading up to the sex. I kind of like this! This book is about two adults who are into each other and act on that feeling. That's really it... no promises of undying love. Hell, no promises of any type of the word "love". It's refreshing that I don't hear someone say "I love you" after having sex in romance novels. I give this book a 5/5 stars.
