Summary:

Run, little witch…

AMELIE LAURENT is on her way to the top of the jewelry designing world with no time for men. Her orderly life is about to come undone when playboy and jewelry tycoon ROMAN CARDIFF steals her away on assignment to a remote English estate. Roman wants Amelie all to himself but St. Clair Manor’s resident ghost has been waiting for her much longer than he has.

Run home…

An unseen gunman takes a shot at Roman and he blames a business rival. But Amelie and Roman are to blame, for falling in love 200 years before in a time neither of them remember.

From the heartbreak of pre-Revolutionary France to modern day corporate wars, Amelie and Roman uncover a history of blood jewels, lust and demons.

Good witch, bad witch, you must decide…

When Amelie discovers her inner witch she learns the real reason she was summoned to St. Clair Manor. Il Dragone will kill to get her back. Amelie will kill if they do.

Excerpt:

“Ms. Laurent, it is my pleasure to meet you.” The low timbre of his accented English curled her peachy-pink colored toes.

She couldn’t speak. He did not know her.

Of course, he could not know what happened at night in her bedroom. It was the bold lust in his eyes that made it seem as if he did.

She averted her gaze so he would not see the truth of those nights in her eyes.

“Mr. Cardiff,” she whispered. Her heart was beating so fast, she was afraid she would embarrass herself and break out in a cold sweat.

Calm down.

“Please, call me Roman.”

She could think of a million reasons why she should not. There was that predatory smile again.

“Roman has commissioned Penrod’s to collaborate on the new Cardiff collection.”

She turned toward the voice and her tunnel vision broadened. Harold was still in the room.

Ah, yes, Cardiff Jewels in England…

Giles Cardiff had a stroke last year. Roman Cardiff was the owner of the company now that his father had passed away. Talk about old money. Cardiff Jewels remained one of the most successful corporations in the business. It had a stronghold on the market, and showed no signs of weakening its grip.

Until now, she had never come into contact with any of the Cardiffs. She knew their specific production requirements, which were relayed through Harold to the design department.

I have been carrying on with this hunk in my dreams.

Now that the man had infiltrated the real world, left her apartment and come out in the light of day, it was clear she had been dreaming. This man had a name, a very well-known name, and a life. He had been born to a jewel dynasty. He was not a phantom.

About the author:

I should have known I would end up here...

My sisters and I walked ten blocks to the library every Saturday morning and picked up books to read for the week.

When I was older, I spent a couple of hundred dollars at Barnes & Noble and my mother thought I was crazy. I couldn't deny it - I just had to read (but I became sort of a closet-book-buyer after that).  I started writing poems first.

Song writing was next, when I realized I had a singing voice, then singing with local bands. It wasn't long before I just knew I was going to be the next singing sensation.

And now, here I am, a shower-singer (the enclosed tile room is almost as good as a studio mike) and happier than I’ve ever been, writing paranormal romance with a healthy portion of mystery, murder and reincarnation. It's romance through the ages.

Love/hate relationships are very volatile. ...but so hot!

I think love/hate relationships have a lot of passion and heat, but they can be exhausting as well.

I enjoyed the excerpt, thank you.

Hi Mary!

I love love/hate relationships - the hotter the better! Thanks for stopping by. :)

Hi Marcy!

As a matter of fact, both Roman and Amelie face challenges that are pretty exhausting, and some of them get physical. Fighting demons will get you every time! Thanks for joining the tour. :)

Hi Rita!

In this first meeting Roman and Amelie think they are strangers, but not so. They fell in love two hundred years ago. Thanks for stopping by!

Hi nurmawati!

Thanks for stopping by. :)

Hi iluvequestians!

You'll have to Love Entwined to find out how this perilous journey ends. :) Come along for a sinfully good ride!

Yeah! The relationship becomes more volatile and you never know if they are going to throw something at each other or make love.

Hi Meghan!

That what I love about these relationships. :)

I think it can spice things up, but why would you want to hate the person you're in love with? I suppose it makes sense in a way, because feels like love and hate are both very strong. But ultimately, if you hate someone you won't want to wish them well at all. So one would have to be the last one standing.

Hi Wolfie!

Exactly :) For Roman and Amelie, history plays a role in the relationship. Something they have to figure out. :) Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks for the excerpt and the chance to win!

Hi Natasha!

Thanks for joining the tour. :)

Love/hate relationship? I think it can spice things up, and i usually love this kind of story :)

Hi Filia!

Roman and Amelie certainly have some issues to work out. Thanks for stopping by. :)

I would love hate relationships could be good for the makeup sex but in the long run it could be very stress full.

Hi Joe!

You mentioned making up...a great stress-reliever. :) Thanks for stopping by!

Oh I definitely think they are the best relationships!!! They are the most aggressive, passionate and emotional as they come. I hated my husband the moment I met him, the best sex I ever had!!! And the day I realized I loved him, we weren't even together anymore. I just happened to walk into a store and he was there and all the emotions just hit me and I knew that I loved him and no man could ever make me feel like he could.

Hi Melinda!

That is why I write romance - to capture those very moments in life that you just mentioned! Great story, thanks for sharing - and joining the tour. :)

Looks cool. Thanks for the giveaway!
